The staff at Residence Inn was incredibly helpful during our stay. One morning, my daughter woke up with bite marks on her face and they immediately addressed the issue and provided assistance. The room was also clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its attentive staff and clean accommodations.

We loved the friendly staff, convenient location near the highways, and affordability of our stay. The rooms were clean and we felt safe and welcomed. The breakfast was great and the hot tub was amazing.

Well-equipped studio-style apartments come with a compact sofa, a kitchenette, and a comfortable bed. Staff is helpful, polite and professional, and always willing to lend a hand. The location is in a convenient spot for transportation. A reliable shuttle service is available to the train station or airport.

Fairly clean place with welcoming staff. Long Island MacArthur airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car. I had a such great stay and would stay here again, thanks.

We stayed at a hotel in a beautiful location close to the highway but not so close where you can hear everything. The hotel was conveniently located right next to the Island 16 movie theater, which was great for entertainment. The room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette, including pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the functionality of the facilities and the convenience of the hotel's location. the hotel was situated close to various restaurants and a 16-movie cinema, which made it easy to find something to do and grab a bite to eat. being close to all the baseball and softball venues was a definite advantage, especially for families with sports enthusiasts. I also appreciated the helpfulness of some of the staff members.

the studio room I stayed in was too small, especially for a family.

Our stay at Residence Inn was simply perfect. The room had a well-equipped kitchenette with pots, pans, plates, and cutlery, along with a full-size fridge. The desk and couch in the room were comfortable, and the bed was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness center. The large flat-screen TV with a full range of cable channels was a bonus. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, making it one of the best hotel experiences we've had.

Although the place looked clean and nice upon arrival, we reserved a king-size studio but got a queen bed instead, which was a disappointment. We were also surprised by the $125 pet fee as we checked in.
